Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux <\/strong>is raising awareness, in collaboration with Ethic Ocean, about the importance of investigating seafood sourcing to ensure sustainable practices. Each dish reflects a commitment to preserving marine biodiversity and showcases the rich flavours of Madeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
